Vincent grew up in the business with dreams of one day becoming an Owner Operator. Working his way up over the years, his dream was realized after he became an Owner Operator in 2016. He has since grown his operation to 5 restaurants and currently serves as President of the El Paso Albuquerque Business Unit. Additionally, with the recent re-structure of the organization, Vincent has been named Vice President of Zone 2 and will work closely with leadership to ensure restaurant performance remains strong throughout the 34 restaurant operation.
Dion J. Castro
Owner/Vice President Zone 1
After gaining years of valuable experience outside of the organization, Dion joined Castro Enterprises in February of 2021. After working the restaurants and successfully completing the McDonald’s Owner/Operator program, Dion was approved as an Owner/Operator in March of 2024 and proudly owns his first restaurant. Additionally, with the recent re-structure of the organization, Dion has been named Vice President of Zone 1 and will work closely with leadership to ensure restaurant performance remains strong throughout the 34 restaurant operation.

After several successful years as a top performing Area Supervisor, Sergio has been promoted to Director of Operations of Zone 1. He will oversee the performance of 14 restaurants and lead Digital Initiatives across all 34 locations. Known for his strong leadership and innovative mindset, he brings a fresh perspective, out of the box thinking and proven results to every challenge.

Through his leadership as an Area Supervisor, Jaime has been recently promoted to Director of Operations of Zone 2. Jaime will lead 14 restaurants and drive People-focused initiatives across all 34 restaurants. A strong leader with deep McDonald’s knowledge, he’s known for building effective systems and developing high performing teams.

Recently promoted, Carlos will now be using his leadership and wealth of knowledge to provide vital analytical insight across the 34 restaurant organization. Working closely with the Directors of Operation, he will provide data driven guidance to enhance areas of opportunity and strengthen areas of high performance. Additionally, he will oversee all current and future company projects and initiatives.

Directly responsible for the training and development of our OTP Pro’s, Angie will ensure the company’s technology remains up to date. Ambitious and tech-savvy, Angie is known for her results driven mentality and powerful work ethic.
